"Mary Lou was so nice to chat with, and very helpful. Sharing with us the history of the home was so fun. Such a kind soul. The peace and quiet was so nice. Discovering the history of the home was so fun! Why are there no fireplaces?!? Basement? Crawl space? See what you can find. Play records on the…well, what is it? Victorola? Hmm But be respectful, put everything back as you found it, so others can enjoy it as we have."

Vacation at Garver Lake ~ Private Beach For Your Enjoyment!

8.2 out of 10, Very good, (64)
"We rented this property for the weekend to have a little getaway for our family. There was only seven of us so it was perfect our sister mostly uses of wheelchair so it a pleasant surprise when we seen the wheelchair ramp going up to the back deck we all enjoyed ourselves and made some great memories with her. Everyone on and around the lake was friendly. We love the little beach area attached to the property and the fire pit it just has a really nice cabin feel, even though it’s a house....

Restored historic home near ND and Amish Country

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2)
"We stayed at the Historic Sutton House to celebrate a birthday, which included attending a Notre Dame home football game. Although the location is a little more rural it was perfect for our purposes as it is a large property with an outdoor firepit that we used nightly. We were 8 adults with 1 3-year old so the 4 bedrooms with ensuite baths were perfect! Thank you for helping make this a special celebration!"
