This is a gorgeous 3-bedroom holiday home in Eersel. It has lush green surroundings and offers complete privacy and tranquility. It is ideal for families.

There's a lake only 1 km away. You'll find a restaurant 200m from the home and a supermarket in the town centre, which is 5 km away.

The home has an open fireplace and a spacious, cosily decorated room. There is also a bookcase with many books. Come and enjoy the magnificent view of a large garden with a chicken coop with hens that will lay fresh eggs. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There's a terrace for you to relax on. Eine Anschaffung und eine gesetzliche Regelung für uns, die Vermieter unseres Hauses. Das bedeutet, dass die Reinigungskosten für dieses Haus 125 Euro betragen, also sind die Fragen nicht berechtigt. Das Haus ist leer und sehr kaputt. Ich habe eine E-Mail erhalten, aber der Empfänger hat sie nicht darauf hingewiesen. Ich möchte dieses Haus von der Belvilla-Site beziehen und möchte, dass es sich um eine ausgewählte Werbung für Belvilla handelt. Leider ist das Haus während unseres Urlaubs nicht das geworden, was wir erwartet hatten.

Die Fotos und die Beschreibung dieser Unterkunft entsprechen nicht den realistischen Erwartungen, die man bei der Ankunft hat. Wir haben Melville eine ganze Reihe von Problemen bezüglich dieser Unterkunft aufgelistet, aber als ehemaliger Gast bin ich der Meinung, dass alle anderen Gäste wissen müssen, dass diese Unterkunft die grundlegenden Sicherheitsmaßnahmen nicht zu erfüllen scheint. Es gab weder einen Feuermelder noch Kohlenmonoxid-Monitore in diesem Holzbungalow (der so offen mit einem offenen Kamin wirbt). Der Gartenbereich im Freien ist so überwuchert und es ist unangenehm, darin zu sitzen, die Gartenstühle waren auch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Böden sind zerrissen. In der Dusche im Zimmer gab es kein heißes Wasser. Die Unterkunft riecht muffig. Türklinken fallen ab/sind nicht sicher. Dies sind nur einige der genannten Probleme. Eine ausführlichere Liste wurde an die Buchungsagentur gesendet. Bitte denken Sie nach, bevor Sie hier buchen!
