Staff was friendly and the lunch at the cafe and dinner at the restaurant was great. The chicken wings, buttered chicken and naan bread was just what was needed after hours of travelling. Coffee and water was available in the room. We did have a few drinks in the bar and sat back and relaxed in the outdoor sitting area. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to Horley town center (which has restaurants, pharmacies, bars, wetherspoons, Tesco, etc) and train station. Texaco, with an asda express, is only a 5-10 minute walk up the road. Bathrooms were clean and shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Beds were ok but my cousin found she could feel the bed springs in hers. We had trouble getting the heated rack in the bathroom to work but that may have had to do with our lack of knowledge on how to use it. We used the shuttle service to get to the airport which was cheaper than the 20 pounds for taxi to the hotel from the airport upon arrival. The hotel suited our needs and the price was right for the end of our 2 weeks vacation. Would consider staying at this hotel again.

Comfortable, homey, clean and quaint! I loved my stay there. The staff are so kind and helpful and the room was charming and spacious. They serve delicious food in the dining room and it’s just a great experience all around.

Very comfortable and clean room, Staff are very friendly and helpful, food is very overpriced but very good. Very noisy early in the morning. But overall great stay.
