Modern, newly updated condo in scenic Egg Harbor! Heart of Door County!

This one bedroom, one bath wood view condo in the renovated Navigator Building in the Landmark resort has endless amenities! Within a mile of the Egg Harbor Beach and just over two miles to downtown Egg Harbor, you are in the heart of what makes Door County amazing! The Landmark resort has everything you would want in a vacation resort; three outdoor pools, a hot tub/sauna in each building, an indoor pool in the main building along with a gym, business center and breakfast area. What else would you need? This condo is renovated with new furniture including a King Size Bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out couch in the living room, tiled floors, carpeting and the full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain family and friends. Step just outside your condo to the outdoor pool during the summer months...a short walk downstairs to the hot tub or across the parking lot to the Charthouse Building for the indoor pool in the winter months. Our end unit condo on the first floor makes access to the exit, outdoor pools and grilling area steps away! The award winning Carrington Restaurant is also a short walk and is open year round with delicious food, a cozy bar area and even karaoke on Saturday nights!

Landmark amenities- onsite restaurant and bar, 3 outdoor pools, hot tub/steam room in each building, breakfast area, gym, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, playgrounds, shuffle board, walking paths. Our condo is adults only.

Everything was fine, a well equipped condo in a good location in the resort. A used towel had been missed behind the bathroom door and the shower operation is tricky, otherwise everything was perfect..

Condo was perfect for our needs. Overall the condo itself was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable. An upgrade of the living room chairs and couch would be a great addition. They are dated and not very comfortable. The drain in the bathroom sink was a little slow. As far as the property cleanliness, the trash outside the door we came in was not changed daily and was overflowing which attracted bugs and we're only in May . I'm thinking for the amount paid in HOA fees by condo owners that this should never be the case.

Place was nice but not much open in Door County in April. Road was ripped up in Egg Harbor so even more stores/restaurants closed. Would go back again but not until May when things start opening up.

Nice place to stay in Door County
The Landmark has updated their exercise equipment since we were there last year. We like to spend time here because it's close to all the things we like to do. Room has everything you need.

This property is fairly nice. My fiancé used a cup in the cabinet for water and it had milk crusted into it. The room itself was clean. The hot tub was recently fixed so wasn’t hot when he arrived but was hit by the last couple days of our stay. Good location for people who will be doing things in all areas of door county as it’s centrally located. Egg harbor has a lot of road construction that is supposed to last until the end of 2024 so plan for that in your travels.

Nice place
This rental had everything we needed for an extended weekend. We stayed during a blizzard, so most of our plans were unfortunately cancelled. However, this rental still allowed for a cozy, relaxing weekend.
