"Great property. Clean, new, modern. The only sort of negatives that I experienced was the front desk staff. Upon check in, the front desk person seemed rushed and ingenuine and sort of 'fake'. He asked me two questions such as "What brings you to Austin?" but he asked the questions and spoke to me while walking away from me and not speaking directly face to face to me. It comes off as very ingenuine. Also the front desk at night. Seemed young and immature and too busy playing with their phones."

"Getting ahold of the front desk is nearly impossible. When you call the main number it goes straight to reservations who tells you to call the main number and push zero.
