"The hotel is in a very scenic location on a mountain above Zermatt. Transportation was easy with the cable car stop only a five minute walk to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the dinner menu options. The family staff were so welcoming and accommodating. My wife has a mobile scooter and they drove us up the mountain after we arrived at the train station in Zermatt and they helped us to the cable car when the road back to Zermatt...

"Super close to the train station, hardly a two minute walk so if you have luggage this is very convenient. The room itself was excellent, newly renovated so very modern new finishes. Clearly though it is meant for winter/ski season. There’s no AC, it was hot but thankfully I could open the window which helped.
