"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Fantastic hotel for a family stay. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the water so we could watch the sunrise each morning. Pool is also very good, beach is 100m away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. Pool is great, location great and staff friendly. The sofa bed is very hard though. We asked for 2 extra duvets which helped cushion it out. Overall a great hotel for a family holiday. "First time visiting Szczecin, at first I thought the hotel was too far from the centre as it was 1.3 km from the train station, however the hotel is centrally located and it is the train station that is away from the centre. Numerous trams and buses from almost directly outside of the hotel take you to anywhere at a reasonable price. Many places within walking distance from hotel. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, after a long day looking around the city, relax in the hotel sauna and pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a fantastic buffet breakfast. As usual unable to fault a Radisson Blu hotel."

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "
