Es gab keinen Aufenthalt

Da es kein Entgegenkommen mit der Überweisung ohne Kreditkarte gab , haben wir die Reise nicht antreten können und haben uns dann für eine Direktbuchung mit Barbezahlung auf dem Campingplatz Sait Maarteenszee entschieden. Das war dann der perfekte Urlaub. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.

De ontvangst was goed met duidelijke uitleg en je kreeg een gratis flesje water en koekje. Het is een mooi ruim chalet met een grote tuin waar je heerlijk rustig kan zitten. De bedden liggen goed. Het was wel echt jammer van de vieze rioollucht in de badkamer. Hier hebben wij niet over geklaagd dus weet ik ook niet of er iets aan gedaan wordt. We hadden nog een glas gebroken en daar werd ook niet moeilijk over gedaan. Wij hebben hier een fijne midweek gehad.

Der Empfang war sehr kurz gefasst, Papiere überprüft , direkt weiteres Geld kassiert ,keines Empfangspaket in die Hand gedrückt ,fertig. Verständigung liess zu wünschen übrig. Unterkunft bei Ankunft unsauber.Dafür zahle ich noch80 Euro Endreinigung. Ausstattung wie Markise ,Sonnenschirm , Gartenstuhl defekt , wobei man sich fast verletzt hat . Für die Klimaanlage gab es keine Fernbedienung ,konnte man also auch nicht nutzen. ( Bei Temperaturen von über 30°). In der Dusche war Schimmel, sowie auch an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer. Betten mit Stockflecken. Zum Schluss wollte man uns für die nächste Buchung 10 % Ermäßigung geben . Unverschämt. Keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung erhalten, trotz der massiven Mängel . Dann noch auf der Ferienanlage Baustelle am Schwimmteich ,nutzen also nicht möglich , Schwimmbecken ständig überlaufen. Die Gegend war aber sehr schön .

Bei Ankunft war der Ferienort leicht zu finden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Umgebung und Lage entsprachen voll unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Servicepaket bei Ankunft war mehr als hilfreich. Wir würden immer wieder hier Urlaub machen, sehr empfehlenswert.

Häuser mit Grundstücken sind verschieden und sehen nicht unbedingt genauso wie auf der Homepage aus. Wohnung war nicht ganz so sauber. Die Anlage aber sehr schön!

Da wir super Wetter hatten , die Chalets, sowie die Anlage einen sauberen Eindruck gemacht haben , haben wir einen tollen Pfingsurlaub verbracht. Im Chalet war alles vorhanden , vom Bettbezug bis zum Staubsauger . Leider sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht optimal und die Parkgebühren in der Stadt kosten ein kleines Vermögen. Alles in allem jedoch ein toller Aufenthalt.

Alles war problemlos geregelt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings nicht so schön, wie auf dem Foto. Die Umgebung war ruhig und angenehm bis auf den Fluglärm, der sich aber in Grenzen hielt und nur tagsüber zu hören war.
