In the center of the beach village of Egmond aan Zee you have a comfortable house of 65 m² available.
Classification: ANWB *** and TopNorm.
The house is in a quiet street with shops and beach nearby. The house has a large, partly shared, fenced garden, which is child-friendly with a sandpit and toys. You can use the bicycles and the car. Parking permit and / or garage are available. All bedrooms have running hot and cold water. The houses have their own central heating. Electricity is partly generated with solar panels and solar panels. Pets are not allowed. The rental price includes dune tickets for the nature reserve "Noord-Hollands Duinreservaat". Detailed information about walking, cycling and other recreational options in North Holland are available in the house.
The house has a fast internet connection.

Other activities: Swimming pools in Bergen and Alkmaar, riding schools, surfing, a visit to the nature reserves, the traditional Cheese Market in Alkmaar (April - September).
The cities of Amsterdam (40 km away) and Haarlem (35 km) are located near Egmond aan Zee. It is also possible to cycle through the dunes. There is 300 km of beautiful bike path in Egmond. A day visit to the island of Texel is very possible. You can also drive by car or bicycle from the West Frisian Omringdijk (104 km) from Alkmaar, Schagen, Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn. In the low season, rental prices are available for a long weekend, a short week or other day combinations. A short weekend or weekend is possible for a price from € 267.24. Notes: The large garden is closed by a gate in the alley to the street side. Therefore, small children cannot enter the street immediately. As free time in bad weather there are swimming pools in the neighboring village of Bergen and in Alkmaar. Near Egmond there are many recreational opportunities. It is also possible to cycle through the dunes and then take the train to the towns in Castricum.

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber durch den Garten und die Lage ganz o.k. Schade, man könnte es durch Renovierungen durchaus netter gestalten.

Lage des Hauses, Zweckmäßigkeit der Einrichtung und der gebotene mit dem Inserat völlig übereinstimmende Komfort ließen ebenso wie die freundliche und kompetente Präsensz des Vermieters keine Wünsche offen.

Leider konnten wir die Reise wegen Corona nicht antreten. Aber die Stornierung klappte einwandfrei und der Vermieter ist total freundlich. Sobald Reisen wieder möglich ist, werden wir wieder das Haus buchen!

Ein schönes Häuschen mit dem Garten, nicht weit vom Strand, sehr ruhig! Möglichkeit das Auto in der Garage zu parken. Fahrräder vorhanden, zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber tauglich. Sehr nett fanden wir, dass man auch die Eintrittskarten für das Dünenpark bekommen hat. Sehr nette, komunikative und hilfsbereite Besitzer (Beide!) Also wieder Mal gerne!

Sehr schönes, gut gelegenes Haus, das alles hat, was man braucht. Die Fahrräder, von denen eines defekt war, muss man sich allerdings mit den Nachbarn teilen. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Zur Ausstattung: Wohnküche: Bestens eingerichtet, vom Sparschäler bis zum Kartoffelstanzer alles vorhanden was das Selbstverpflegerherz begehrt. (auch: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher...) In der großen, einladenden, hellen Wohnküche mit direktem Zugang zum hauseigenen Garten findet sich außerdem eine ebenso große und einladende Couch. Ein großer Runder Tisch sowie ein Fernseher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. WLAN und Telefon sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Besonderes Plus: Vom Vermieter werden fünf Dünenkarten die ein nahegelegenes Naturerlebnis ermöglichen bereitgestellt. Außerdem ist es angenehm, dass das Wohnhaus über eine eigene Garage mit Waschmaschine verfügt. In der Abstellkammer findet sich ein guter Staubsauger. Garten: Von der Küche aus begehbar kann auch der Garten des Hauses genutzt werden. Gartenmöbel sind auch vorhanden, es gibt sogar einen Schuppen in dem sich bei Bedarf zusätzliche Stühle, sowie ein Grill und Werkzeug finden. Fahrräder sind dort ebenfalls untergestellt, welche auch genutzt werden können. Schlafzimmer und Hygiene: Alle Schlafzimmer waren einladend und sauber und verfügen über Stauraum. In zwei der Schlafzimmern haben die Matratzen sogar Überlänge. Die Bettwäsche wurde vom Vermieter gestellt. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat (trotz Garten) auch noch einen gesonderten Balkon. Die Dusche, die sich im Obergeschoß findet ist ebenerdig und genau temperierbar (was der ein oder andere Warmduscher begrüßen wird). Weiterhin befindet sich in jedem der Schlafzimmer ein gesondertes Waschbecken, sowie eine einzelne zusätzliche Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Kleines Manko: Die steile Treppe ist leider nichts für rennende Kinder, wovon wir nicht betroffen waren. Der Vermieter hat jedoch oben wie unten an der Treppe Schutzgitter für Kleinkinder angebracht. Zu Egmond: Egmond aan Zee ist ein kleiner idyllischer Ort. Neben einem gut sortierten Supermarkt, welcher 7 Tage geöffnet hat, finden sich außerdem zahlreiche kleinere Shops und Restaurants. Am Strand stehen erfreulich wenig 'Touristenburgen' (Hochhäuser). Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man sich aus Egmond entfernen möchte reicht bei gutem Wetter auch häufig das Fahrrad, die nächste größere Stadt (Alkmaar) ist gerade einmal 11 und Bergen aan Zee (Wo es auch ein Zeeaquarium gibt) gerade einmal 9 KM entfernt. Wir bedanken uns bei den sehr netten Vermietern für ein tolles Wochenende! Ich möchte das Ferienhaus der Familie Genet in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

- Angaben im Online Inserat entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten - Das Haus ist einem zufrieden stellendem Zustand - Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet und alles Wichtige ist vorhanden, Wohnzimmer und drei vorhandene Schlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen, eine Terasse mit Gartenmöbel sowie eine Garage runden den positiven Gesamteindruck ab - Ein besonderes Plus sind 6 vorhandene Fahrräder, die jedoch nicht alle den gültigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen (ich kenne allerdings nur die deutsche Gesetzeslage) entsprechen - Ein weiteres Plus ist der kostenlos zur Verfügung stehende Breitband-Internetanschluss, dass vorhandene Kabel (RJ-45) am Notebook anschließen und lossurfen, einfacher geht es wirklich nicht - Die Vermieter sind freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Hier fehlt, zwecks besserer Erreichbarkeit, vielleicht noch eine Handynummer, ansonsten alles bestens - Wenn überhaupt ein kleines, wenn auch nur ein sehr kleines Minus vergeben werden kann, dann vielleicht bei der mangelnden Auswahl an deutschen TV Sender, SAT TV wäre hier eine denkbare und sicherlich auch mögliche Lösung - In jedem Fall ist das Haus ein Empfehlung wert
