"Negative: it was my first time as self checkin, it took sometime I figure it out, as there was no staff late night; nevertheless, I manage to do everything well. Nothing that would compromise the stay. Positive: room is very nice, cool decoration, great shower, stunning view at the balcony to the castle. Highlighted star to the breakfast, I was unique, combination of health food, juices, shot, etc !!! Congratulations ! Superb !!!"

"Check in was not prompt, because we arrived at dinner time and the concierge was working in the dining room. I think the hotel needs to add some part time staff. "Beautiful room, great bathroom, stunning views. Haven’t commented on the staff because I didn’t see anyone, it was easy self check in and parking without any issue. It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”....
