Beautiful guesthouse. Lovely atmosphere. Scrumptious breakfast. Our heater was not working but that was possibly due to the time of the year. We didn’t end up asking. They had games to play. Shared bathroom was not awkward. Cute room. Clean!

Pittoresk i historiske omgivelse. Hyggelig vert, god service. Men - dørlåsen til rommet vanskelig å låse, ikke toalett på rommet, vinduene kunne ikke settes i lufte-stilling, utelys sjenerende på natta, frokost ikke inkludert.

Dårlig låssikring av rom. Ingen TV på rommet. Lite tilfredsstillende toalett og bad fasilitet (på gangen). Dårlig isolering av vinduer mot støy. Ikke norsktalende personell (midt i Norge). Uvanlig enkel frokost sammenlignet med andre overnattingssteder i samme prisklasse. Wifi fungerte godt.

Vi bestilte dobbeltrom på Eidfjord Gjestgiveri pga nydelege bilder av hotellet og spesielt romma som var flott innreda i gammal stil. Men stor var skuffelsen då vi kom fram og fekk tildelt ei knøtt lita hytte. Prøvte å få bytte til rom på hotellet men fekk besjed om at der var det fullt og blei på nett vist at det var hytte vi hadde bestilt. Under bestillinga hadde vi ikkje sett noke hytter kun bilder av hotell og flotte rom. Så visst det er noke de kan forbedre så er det nettsida. Det som redda opphaldet var at hoteller solgte super mat og serverte nydeleg frukost.
