"very good location in front of the dead sea nice swimming pool just 2 things : 1. the price was not VAT included and this was a very bad surprise when I arrived at the hotel 2. the food is good except the desserts which were mostly some kind of bad taste mousses."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "

"It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. To get to the sea the stairs/steep path may be tough for the elderly. It is reasonably close for others. Parking can be tough to find that is close. The dining room got a bit...

"Our electricity kept going out, we asked for a new - and upgraded - room, as shown as available on hotels.com. They said, those pictures are out of date, they are from before renovations. Who did the renovations, Mickey freaking Mouse? Because it looked like a rat chewed through half of our room. We couldn't even call room service because the 1920's phone kept dislocating. Summary: extortion of price for mediocre place. "

"Check in was very nice, warm nice reception people. there is not enough parking and got a ticket while I double parked to check in! The rooms are small but clean, bathrooms out of date and poorly repaired. Massage was amazing, great staff . Gym and in door pool was under construction but out door pool was very nice ."
