"I stayed here with my husband for a quick one night stay before heading to Puerto Malabrigo. The breakfast in the room was a very nice touch! it's about 5 blocks or so from Plaza de Armas but I really liked how they had a private area for us to park our rental car. I would definitely stay here again, friendly people at the hotel and easy check in!"

"Friendly but staff did not speak english. But location is fantastic, perfect! However if you are a light sleeper it will be a bad choice for you because you can hear everything absolutely everything outside and neighbors. "I never had this terrible customer service. The room wasnt ready. When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that.
