"The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm! "

"Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. "We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. The elevated location provides beautiful views, the villa itself has lots of lovely spaces for eating and relaxing and is superbly equipped. Cooking for our large group...

"The location of this property is fabulous, providing exactly what we wanted - access to the beach by walking. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed listening to the sound of the crickets and bells from the goats next door. "We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. Pool was beautiful and clean. Owners were responsive and very friendly."

"The cottage was beautiful and simple. Exactly what we were looking for. The views were spectacular. The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. We loved it and would rent again!"
