"The staff was amazing. The receptionist Ikaram welcomed us with a cup of tea and invited us to wait in the garden. It was impressive to see how attentive she was with us while multitasking and helping other guests at the same time. She was so kind and responsive! The riad is in a great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Gate of the Medina. The area feels safe and quiet. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Totally recommended! "

"We booked this property based on the rating and it was a very disappointing experience. Our room was the terrace room (4 flights of stairs). We seemed to be the only guests. We arrived very late at night, so I understand not getting a welcome drink as advertised. However, there was no drinking/bottled water provided either. The room was dusty and the bathroom was terrible. YOU CANNOT CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR FROM INSIDE AND LATCH IT. No privacy!!! The walls were moldy. There were NO BATH TOWELS...

The riad itself is beautiful and full of charm, the room was nicely sized, the bathroom and shower was very nice, and the riad is in a very convenient location. As two women travelers, we felt safe and very well taken care of. The food was delicious as well, albeit a bit pricey. Highly recommend this riad."

"The hostel is well situated near the entrance of the old city. The check-in process is a little strange they let you sit while they make tea and then when the boss is ready to go up and check in with him. The dorm rooms are all pretty different. I was on the first floor, so it was kind of noisy until around midnight and Internet didn’t work inside my room, but I could just walk out to the common area to use it. The breakfast is absolutely incredible. Unfortunately it doesn’t start until 930 so...

"This is a oasis or calm and tranquilly just metres away from the hustle and bustle of a major route through the old city medina. The host and hostess were a delight, very friendly and accommodating. Although their English was on par with my French, we managed with humour and good grace. They were prepared to get up early and make a breakfast before I left.
