"Location on beach front next coffee shops, restaurants beach activities and closeness to old town. The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't like that the property charged me $3/night for using the safe inside the unit. Also, if you happen to be driving a car, dropping luggage off at property on such a busy street before knowing where to park can be very challenging."

"From the booking the communication was great. They contacted me closer to the time with tons of information, directions, passwords, how to get into resort, parking available etc. Everything was covered. The apartment was clean and new. "Our room had two bathrooms one we had to keep the door close and not use it, because the smell was so toxic of sewer. Hair in shower floor and shower water was barley warm. We picked a room that slept five and when we got there, they said no only three people. So we had to book another room. "

The staff had WhatsApped me a couple of days beforehand asking what time I’d arrive. Really useful to have the number as the reception isn’t manned 24 hours. "The Hotel was lovely, room was large, modern and comfortable, it was very close to a major road so sitting on the balcony wasnt really possible without listening to music through noise cancelling ear pods. "We stayed here during our first visit to Marbella and Costa del Sol as part of my birthday celebration. It’s a beautiful property in a gorgeous beachfront setting. My husband arranged for flowers and balloons to be delivered to our room with an amazing view of the beach. I am extremely allergic to down feather bedding and was so glad they didn’t have that in their rooms. Our room had chic contemporary touches with a sizable bathroom and shower with a bidet. We loved the daily breakfast buffet variety and options with amazing views. Hotel staff, especially at the restaurant, were very pleasant and welcoming. The location was ideal and within walking distance to all the key sights and restaurants. The only improvement I would suggest is to revamp the menu of the downstairs bar and restaurant as we felt the items being offered were not good. We did enjoy the steak but that was it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would return on our next visit to the area."
