"The customer service was outstanding. Nani was amazing making us feel at home and any of our questions were treated as a high priority. I would totally recommend this place thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. Same goes for the gentleman managing the breakfast, he was incredibly helpful. Also I think "Vivian" at reception was more than helpful printing some important documents. It feels like this hotel has some good staff that they really need to keep :)"

"We were booked for the weekend- Thu, Fri and Sat nights… the room was in front of the lift so all the bus groups kept coming in and out very loudly very early each morning. Rooms are modern and clean however some bit were off like the light in the toilet was hanging over the basin. "El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien localizado y en general agradable. Ahora vienen los peros, el patio no es utilizable y no hay vistas a las montañas. Las tele apenas se veía por cortes de la señal y No había Netflix (no es que me preocupe mucho pero no lo tenían). La nevera es de las pequeñas y el congelador ínfimo. Es cierto que admiten mascotas pero con un suplemento por limpieza de 10€ diarios. Estuvimos 3 días y no he visto ni rastro de la limpieza diaria."
