We notified the owner, and he offered a partial refund. He said it would not be possible to provide the air conditioning that was represented in his listing. "All inclusive with plenty of spaces. For english speaking tourists...beware. very very limited english speaking staff. No directions given upon arrival. You are on your own. Luggage carts need to be asked for. No help from parking lot. For a high end hotel i found the concierge desk to be sub par. "1.The property is not like in the pictures. 2. The rooms are old and small. 3.he bathroom is really small, I barely can get in through the door 4 there's no implements go go to the beach, not even chairs. 5. The A/C do not work all night, it was a nightmare. It was an awful experience. "

"This is a wonderful place for family during the week!! We were celebrating the 21st of my granddaughter and we had 4 generations together. The sound of the ocean pounding is wonderful. GREAT air conditioning in the bedrooms, roomy accommodations, the little pool and tasty food from restaurant are top pluses about Johnny's Place. I will say on the street just passed the resort, it is a little sketchy, so do not advise going out at night. BUT inside the walls and right in front IS an oasis!! "
