"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

"Excellent location. Stunning historical building. Beautiful rooms. Quite rustic so dont expect five star furnishings. They offer sarongs instead of towels. The wifi is terrible but its worth it to say in such an amazingly building and stunning rooms. Staff are excellent. Use of small kitchen to make tea if you want it. Great location walking distance from medina sites."

"it was very bad I really regrated it. most of the facilities mentioned on the add were not available. There was no TV as stated on the add, I even asked the person who met me and gave me the key to give me at least the WFi code he said yes, I will send it to you, then he fly and never turn back, there were no enough plates in the kitchen no spoons no nives, no kettle."

"Great location right in the middle of the Medina. Spacious. Limited restaurants available in evening in the area around the hotel without taking taxi. Really only a choice of the two hotel restaurants and one other at different hotel. All were good but had similar offerings so got repetitive after 6 nights. "

"It was difficult to find a restaurant open after 7pm in the area. Mostly just fast food places. The outside adjacent building was a bit noisy at night. Enjoyed the breakfast . Clean room and areas. **Especially helpful was the front desk person named Emma. She was attentive and made sure the guests were taken care of. I recommend her . Thank you, C. Sivyllis "

"This hotel is just magical, gorgeous in every corner, the hallways, the mirrors, the rooms. Stunning, the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast is beyond amazing. So much to choose from and everything was delicious. (I will miss fresh dates for breakfast every day.) We fully recommend this hotel. "
