There are many in this area just a short drive away. The kitchen is well equipped. We had some issues with lighting and range/hob, but we are flexible and resourceful and these issues did not impact us. We especially like and enjoy spending time on the rooftop terrace. "From start to finish the family associated with the property were kind, helpful and all contact with them was efficient and done in a spirit of kindness. The grounds are beautifully kept and the house is in a very peaceful location. They personally met us on arrival, took us to the house, guided us around the property and left us a very generous welcome pack. It has been an absolute pleasure to stay here and the family are the perfect hosts. You are made to feel like a friend, not just a guest....

"Erg leuk om in te verblijven deze lava woning. Behulpzame buurvrouw die ook incheckt. Supermarkt naast de deur. De keuken is prima, en de totale ruimte ook. Douchen lukt helaas minder met maar 15 liter warm water en een te lage waterdruk. Het bed was voor ons te oncomfortabel, en de te lage deurposten ook. We zijn dan ook lange mensen :) "
