"I stay at the hotel quite a bit and when I checked in and checked out the room I was assigned I was disappointed because there was only a view of a wall and a parking lot full of contraction equipment etc. I asked Journey if we could get a room with somewhat of a view and she hooked us up with a room with a much better view which made for an amazing experience. Journey is the bomb and should get a HUGE raise! She made all the difference with her world class service!! Shawn Gallus"
