"Called the local host when we arrived in the area, she was not interested in helping us, she said that she was not feeling well and gave us a number to call in France. When we called the number in France, a man answered and he quickly realised that he double booked the property - even though we booked and paid in full for the booking more than 2 months in advance! He then refused to help us any further. We then spent the rest of the evening on the phone to hotels.com trying to find alternative...
