"The adress listed in the email I got was wrong we end up in the wrong place after I was charge over 300.000 pesos for transportation we call the hotel staff then told me over the phone that my reservation was cancel ask me what time I did it I told her I day before and then she told me she did cancel cause the room we book some people came in the morning and she never acepted my booking but I dint get a cancelation email either after lost my trip there we end up booking in a diferent place as that one cancel actually she said she never confirm it with us but I never did get q email with a cancellation from them was really disappointing as it was a long trip and I was with a newborn will never book here again "

The restaurant at the hotel is delicious and fresh as the food is grown on the property. If you are looking to relax outside of the main city, Arvum is your spot. Felipe will coordinate taxis and other experiences in Guatape. I couldn't recommend this place more and cannot wait to visit again. "
