"My king size room was very nice and spacious, with a jetted tub, shower, small refrig, comfortable bed and nice linens. Employees were all very friendly. The surrounding area is not great for walking or nearby amenities. There was no offer of help with luggage when I arrived; I had to ask for someone to carry my bag up the steep stairs to my room. The front desk seems never to answer the phone, nor do they respond to messages left. When I checked out I was unable to get help with my luggage...

"We came to Tucson to visit family for the weekend, and My Place was close to our relatives' home. The hotel looks brand new. There are lots of dining options within walking distance, and across Irvington is the main shopping area and the Harkins Theater. The room had a kitchenette with a microwave, stove top, sink and full-size refrigerator. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This is truly a hidden gem located in Tucson. I liked that this hotel is gated and requires an entry code to enter the premises after hours. The rooms were immaculately clean. The staff were polite, especially Adriana and Angelina who worked the front desk. Also Lexi and Ann, who both worked the bar, were friendly as well. Kudos to HR for hiring such professional, warm, and inviting people to represent their establishment. I will be visiting this hotel again when I return to Tucson."

They didn’t remove the dirty glasses or trash left out daily and didn’t service our room until after 4pm due to towels not in stock.
