"It’s nice to have a hotel that doesn’t charge senseless fees. What the price says, is what you pay. No tricks. I appreciate that when I sent a message saying I was working late and I wouldn’t make it by the check in deadline, I was greeted with a “welcome home” attitude. Check in was fast and easy. I was offered the WiFi code without having to ask for it. Thank you for a great night sleep. I would have loved more pillows for the king size bed."
