Hace tiempo que tenía ganas de visitar este lugar en Misiones. Buscamos mucho y consultamos en varios sitios antes de tomar la decisión de ir a este Lodge. El hotel está enclavado en un lugar magnífico, pero es lo único que puedo destacar como positivo y está dado por la naturaleza. Todo, absolutamente todo el resto olvidable cuando no literalmente desastroso. La atención: pésima. Llegamos en la noche y no fueron capaces de ayudarnos con ls valijas. Tenès que hacer más de 300 metros con escaleras en y subidas cargando absolutamente todo. Ni a la llegada ni a la vuelta atinaron a colaborar. Sucio y desprolijo: Las mesas sucias y sin sacar por horas en la noche. No hay recepción: Rara vez hay alguien en el escritorio de bienvenida. Habitaciones: placares rotos, baños viejos, higiene dudosa. Sin agua caliente por dos días: Se rompió un caño a las 2 de la mañana y se pusieron a esa hora a arreglarlo. El escándalo que hicieron quiénes estaban arreglando hicieron imposible que durmiéramos. A las 7 de la mañana volvieron porque el termotanque seguía sin andar. Cuando me quejé con el personal que arreglaba el artefacto me contestaron con total mala educación. Un desastre absoluto. Una experiencia realmente desagrable, es literalmente como si los dueños hubieran dejado el hotel al mando de nadie. Fuimos a descansar a un hotel supuestamente 4 estrellas y fue lo más parecido a estar en un camping.

Un buen lugar, perfeccionable.

Excelente emplazamiento. En algunas áreas el personal parece algo desbordado por el trabajo, fundamentalmente en atención del restaurante. Quizás les falta un poco de experiencia. Gustavo trata de suplirlo todo el tiempo. De todos modos la predisposición es excelente sobre todo de René y el encargado de las actividades, Leandro. La comida es muy buena.

Grüne Oase der Ruhe mit persönlicher Note

3 Nächte verbrachten wir bei VP in der Mocona Lodge. Check in und Check out waren gut. Die Lodge liegt im Naturschutzgebiet. Wir hatten immer sehr schönes Wetter. Die Menü-Auswahl wurde mit uns täglich besprochen. Das Essen war schmackhaft. Die Lodge bietet viele Aktivitäten an: Kayak, Seilpark usw.. Der Wasserstand des Rio Uruguay war gut, so dass wir mit dem Boot die längsten Flusswasserfälle der Welt besichtigen konnten. Begleitete Wanderungen im primären subtropischen Regenwald oder auch der Besuch eines privaten botanischen Gartens, nebst schönen Sonnenuntergängen, bereicherten unseren Aufenthalt sehr. Die kompetenten, freundlichen Guides sprachen Spanisch und Englisch. Das Personal der Lodge war freundlich.

ótimo em dias de sol

O lugar é sensacional, porém tem que ter sorte de pegar dias com sol. Fiquei 2 dias, um de chuva e um de sol, o de chuva foi um pouco entediante pois o hotel estava sem internet e não pegar torre de celular lá. Já o dia de sol foi muito legal. as atividades que tem no hotel são maravilhosas, o atendimento é muito bom também. Enfim, dei azar na internet mas no final sai muito satisfeito.

Un séjour dans un endroit presque encore sauvage, sans couverture téléphone mobile, mais avec un excellent WIFI. La présentation de l'histoire de la région, le soir dehors devant un feu de bois, est un très bon moment.
