"Overall good experience with the exception of having no hot water in my room the entire week. I brought it to their attention and was told the hotel does not offer hot water just like warm water. Others I travelled with had hot water but of the 6 rooms only 2 of the six had consistent hot water. They said they would put a report in but nothing was done about it. "
