"Beautiful property! Has be well kept and maintained. We had a nice stay during the offseason. Honestly, I think we were the only couple at the entire resort so it was very quiet. Received assistance booking a wine tour which was super helpful since we don’t speak Spanish. Only complaint is the rooms were cold when we arrived. Took a while for the heater to warm up the room, then the heat turned off in the morning. Otherwise, nice stay! "

"I did not stay at this property because I could not. I am requesting a refund. The unit walls were peeling off, no hot water, no heater, the wifi did not work, the stains on the wall and baseboards could not be washed; if you try to turn on the water in the bathroom sink faucet, the piping was so loose, it might come out of the wall. I am demanding s full refund, I could not stay and had to find alternative lodging"
