"Positives: the pools are great for kids and the restaurant has good quality food. Negatives: the beds are VERY hard so we didn't get a single nights good sleep during our stay. Also there was an incredibly loud party behind the hotel two nights in a row so our kids had to move to our room (we're talking nightclub-level loudness...) The food in the restaurant is good but the staff seems miserable and also we had random items added to our bill a couple of times (possibly accidentally, but no...

"They don’t have hot water, only slightly warm. No drain stopper in the bath tub. Breakfast was good. Dinner so-so."
