"The first room we booked was an adapted room, which we didn’t need, my fault. Main problem was the balcony was small and didn’t get the sun. The staff were very accommodating, and allowed us to move to a sea view apartment when one became available. Both apartments were very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location "

"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "This is a great place to stay due to its position. Everything is right on the doorstep or within a 10 minute walk. The flat is really functional and a very comfortable bed. Being a bit of a techie loved how you enter the building etc. Although not sure what you'd do if you left your phone in the flat by mistake when staff have left for the day. "The flat was perfectly situated for exploring Alicante on foot. A few minutes from the waterfront, or the market in the other direction, and right on the edge of the old town. At the end of our stay, only five minutes to the airport bus. "Really good quality apartments kept in really good condition. The welcome pack with tea coffee and water was a bonus as we arrived at night. Specious with everything you might need and walking distance to a large supermarket and the beach. Our particular apartment was on the ground floor and the balcony did not get any sun, but that was the only minor issue."

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. "We stayed four nights at the Apartamentos Boli. It was a great stay. The apartments are very central to everything, and ours was very well equipped and clean. These are basic apartments, with no frills, but they contain everything that you need. I will be returning one day."

"We were a party of 10 with 2 families. The property is spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty room for all of us. The location is great for exploring, and really peaceful. We were slightly worried by reviews about the air con but found the whole house stayed cool with just one air con in the back kitchen and the shutters closed during the day and we just used bedroom air con in evenings for sleeping. "The Odyssey Rooms are absolutely superb! A great location by the port and about 3 minute walk from the beach. Everywhere is sparkling clean. We stayed in the double standard and it was a spacious room, plenty of wardrobe space and the TV has Netflix and Prime which was great as we could sign in to our account. It was my husband’s birthday while there and they left him a small bottle of fizz and chocolates which was such a thoughtful touch. The reception staff were great and really helpful. Check in was slick as we received an online form before we arrived. We will definitely stay at the Odyssey Rooms again and recommend to anyone coming to Alicante. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. "
