"Our room had no balcony, even though in the pictures it seems this room category should have had a balcony. However, it didn’t bother us too much, since we only booked for two nights. The room was clean, well kept and bathroom recently refurbished. The personnel was very nice and promptly helped us with all of our queries. If we will ever travel again to Ioannina we will definitely re-book again at this hotel. "

Although our stay began with some minor drawbacks, the staff, particularly the general manager demonstrated exceptional dedication and promptly addressed all our concerns.
