Nostalgic but needs to modernize

"The service was amazing but the room sizes were not that great. Other hotels now have bigger rooms and better and bigger bathrooms, bathtubs etc. even in executive rooms."

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor.
