"We spent a lovely four nights here. The condo was on an upper floor, with plenty of parking at the side of the building. We used supermarkets in Durango (5-10 min drive away) for groceries. It was easy to drive into Durango and take the train to Bilbao for the day too. The kitchen had the basic things you might need (small oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, washer, dishwasher, but no kettle?) and the shower was pleasingly powerful. "We loved the old school building renovated with an eye for detail and all modern comfort. The location is great, half an hour's walk from the beach. Lekeitio is a pleasant town. A wonderful base to get to know the Basque nature and culture. Anne and Kerman are very hospitable and were always available if necessary. We enjoyed our moments together...their stories and hospitality !!"

"Miguel was super nice to meet us at the villa for check in. He explained how to use everything in the house and even talked to the private chef we booked for a house dinner one night, which was really helpful. He was also very responsive when we had questions during the stay. The villa was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage and house our family for a few days.
