"Came in to go to Mayo clinic. Didn’t want to stay right down by Mayo so we found this hotel about 5 minutes away. A little hard to find as it is attached to Dickeys BBQ. Had the best breakfast for the price of the hotel."

"Great place to stay. Very handy for walking to the Mayo Clinic. Also very clean. Although we only stayed one night, it would be especially nice for longer stays as it really is a small apartment."
