"Property was fine although it is now showing signs of wear since the pictures were taken. Could be improved by a freshen up of paint and the bedroom carpet’s shampooed to remove stains. Arrived at the house to find it cold as the heating wasn’t on, once switched on it did heat up slowly. All in all a nice property in a good location. "

"We had a lovely family break over Christmas. Lots of space for 6 people in the lounge and around the dining table. Beautiful garden enjoyed by our dog. We took advantage of the warm sunshine to walk the nearby coastal path. Fish and Chips at Imrie's in Leven, carol concert on the green in Elie and walks around the harbour at Crail, St Monan's and Anstruther. "A great base for a two week stay in the east Neuk of Fife. Fig cottage is a lovely traditional cottage with a fresh and contemporary interior. Perfect for my husband and I and enough space to have friends and family stay over for a few days. The cottage is well equipped, has a spacious garden and is extremely close to the beach."
