They tried checking me into a room where they did not clean or someone was all ready there. Unorganized. Looked like unsavory people renting the rooms. Clerk wasn't really with it seemed disoriented.... people were peaking out there doors.

I reserved two rooms for my workers and upon entering the rooms were dirty and had many bedbugs. I would like to post the photos I have but I don't have the option of publishing photographs. I contacted Expedia and fortunately they helped me with a partial refund and of course my employees were not stayed there.

Terrible customer service, the person who works at night who is said to be the owner with terrible superior English, and is a very rude person. When I arrived to check in, the guy didn't even look at my face quickly, he told me that the The rooms are more expensive and the computer was not working. When I asked him if I go to another computer, he rudely answered, maybe there is another computer here, and I told him, well, I don't know, I don't. I work here, there may be one in the back, well, no, there isn't, and I asked him how long it will take. When the computer worked, he told me, well, I don't know how you want me to know, I am the owner and I can do whatever I want. The person, as an employee, cannot be working in a hotel, especially late at night, when people have been driving for hours and hours and you just want to rest, as Hotel.com may have on their list, They should sanction him or eliminate him. It's not fair to any person who is traveling across the country already driving for hours and after having spent 50 or $100 or whatever Hotel.com only gives you $25 of what you spent, without even having stayed in the room or being able to check in. Please avoid this Hotel.

This was just a Yōkō room for the night no thrills for like $42. It was adequate I came in at 7:30 and left at 8 o’clock. Room filled my needs perfectly and it was a decent price for sure.

Worst hotel ever, it shouldn’t be on hotels.com we
Never ever stay there, homeless people around some rooms are for them, felt unsafe in the area, the manager was very nasty he shouldn’t have a hotel with his lack of customer service. He was arrogant and didn’t care when I said I couldn’t stay there, he refused to refund my money for room. In my opinion I think he is a scammer, I don’t think I’m the only one who thinks this

AC unit in room was pretty loud. Furniture was old and a little beat, could use some updating. Front desk was nice and check in was quick. Wi-Fi password was written on the room key envelope hard to read, need to work on the 4 or Y, lol, but it worked after a few tries. Price for room is pretty low so much of the above should be expected.

Great place for construction workers.
I would not recommend your stay at this hotel. It is old and very run down. I can see some effort for renovation for example the carpet was removed and a wood look tile was the replacement. There are not drinking cups or an ice machine to use, you have to ask for that in the lobby. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. There was no one on duty all night in the lobby or anywhere for that matter. If you had a problem you are on your own. I would expect the price of this room to be half of what they are charging. This place was bare bones and operated on the CHEAP!
