""Grandpa's Place" is what I would re-name this property too. The 2nd level condo has a retro/grandparents motif and smell. It is quaint. Pros: Less than 1 minute drive to Sun Valley village. Access passes to pools (were included as of June 2024). Two bedrooms, two full baths. You can hear the river/stream from the bedrooms -- great to sleep to. Cons: No AC in the summer, and no fans.
