"Fantastically clean property with very comfortable rooms and bed. Excellent kitchen with all amenities, good bathroom (with washing machine as well). It's in a quieter residential area uphill from St Goar train station so quite a steep walk if you don't have a car. Steffi the owner was really helpful and friendly and picked me up from the train station with my cases and offered to take me to places like supermarkets for food. A really great place to stay. "Can't get any better area by the Rhein. Luckily we have reserved a space for our car. Their car park is a few blocks behind the hotel. Just check in first then park your car. The room is a what I expected. Electric fan provided as ' no air con'. It is common for old building hotels have no air con. Perfect temperature to sleep would be in Winter. Great selction of breakfast food. Would love to come back for river view room next time. "
