"Found this hidden gem whilst looking for a cabin with a hot tub for a recent trip away. Booking was really easy and couldn’t fault the communication either Upon arrival, the pod itself was beautiful and was extremely secluded with lots of privacy. "We had a lovely time in this beautiful house - there was plenty of living space for the whole group to spread out and we loved having a big group dinner in the grand dining room. The house is old and some niggles are to be expected (minor cobwebs, loose doorknobs, a couple of chipped mugs) and they definitely didn't take away from our love for the place (and shouldn't deter anyone else!)."

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"Booked this hotel for my son and his girlfriend so they could just get away from real life and detach for a night. They came back looking renewed and full of life again, they couldn’t stop raving about how good the breakfast (especially the sausages) was and how comfortable the bed was. I went with them to make sure check in was ok and the receptionist was absolutely flawless and so welcoming. Exceptionally gorgeous hotel, definitely need to stay there myself now. "

Our meal in La Brasserie was just delightful, my husband is still raving about the pig cheeks starter, the venison main he had, and the artisan cheeses to finish off with. Our first time to have a bottle of Lebanese wine too! All very nice. We finished off with a night cap at the bar. The hotel was decked out all Christmassy as our stay was end of November and it looked so pretty. All the staff are so friendly and like to have a joke with you. We will definitely be back here. "
