Wow! A very popular Honeymoon, Anniversary or couple retreat....You won't believe this fabulous, custom built, 'rustic elegance' Hot Tub, hiking cabin on a noisy creek! Privately nestled on its own 8 acres, minutes within National Forest and practically around the corner from the Appalachian Trailhead at Springer Mountain (exceptional hiking opportunities!). Three rivers close by for fishing/ tubing fun! Serenity on the Creek, has a luxurious Master Suite, 2.5 bath cabin with a stunning view of the creek (the property includes both sides of the creek!). The perfect romantic, honeymoon, anniversary get-a-way. A luxury-home-designer and a custom builder created this awesome place - you'll see their expertise reflected in every unique detail.
One of my guests describes my cabin better then I can: 'A unique architectural gem set in total privacy in a forest of rhododendrons and white pines overlooking a flowing creek is guaranteed to please your senses. The song of tumbling waters cascading down the creek is the background music while you enjoy the hot tub after hiking the private trails on 8 acres. The Master Suite is like a tree house with its own balcony, bed alcove surrounded by windows to view the forest. The cabin is well stocked with everything you could need. Watch an old favorite movie, or read a good book and warm yourself by the wood burning stove. Or, sit by an outdoor fire pit next to the creek and share conversation and dreams with someone you love. Then grill your choice of steaks on the gas grill while you watch the wildlife in the forest across the creek. A short car ride can take you to several waterfall and hiking options in the nearby wilderness areas: or, to shopping and restaurants in Ellijay or Blue Ridge. And don't forget the numerous places to buy apples around Ellijay. The pictures of the cabin do not do full justice to how pretty and private it really is. The condition is like new and the owner is incredibly accommodating and considerate of your every need. I highly recommend 'Serenity on the Creek' to anyone looking for a special getaway in the Georgia mountains. '

A Piece of Heaven!
If you want to get away from it all...this is it! Very quiet and peaceful setting with a noisy creek. Everything was clean and well-maintained. This would be a perfect honeymoon or anniversary getaway for a couple. I would recommend coming with groceries that will last your entire stay--as a grocery store is not easily nearby. We were planning on eating out in Ellijay, but decided to use their wonderful kitchen instead--we didn't want to leave this place!

The cabin and property are amazing. Peaceful and secluded. The creek is so relaxing to watch and listen to. The cabin is very nice, well maintained, and clean. The owner is very responsive with communication. The only downside to staying here is that we had to leave.

The property is amazing. Very clean, easy to find. As others say driveway is steep but it is cement so easy to traverse up and down just a little precariously pitched when coming up to it from the road since you can’t see it over the hood. Otherwise we loved everything about this place. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future and will recommend it to our friends.

Serenity on the creek is a fitting name for this cabin. It’s so quiet, you cannot see any other cabins or hear anyone. The only thing you hear is the creek. My wife and I needed a break and relaxing weekend, we are so glad we found this place !! After you get past the initial shock of the driveway (it’s very steep, but it’s paved) !! The cabin is very pretty and clean! It comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay other than food. Checking in and out was very easy, the owner is very responsive if needed. Sitting by the creek with a cup of coffee is so relaxing. I took a short hike on the trail down the creek to explore. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom with coffee in the morning. The hot tub was amazing !! The bed was horrible, but most are with rentals, again thank God for that hot tub !! We will definitely be coming back later on in the year as we had a great time !!

Very nice, secluded property
We were looking for a quiet getaway for me and my wife and this cabin exceeded our expectations. Although the drive there feels a bit treacherous near the end, it is totally worth it. We never left the property and saw not another person even on our short walks in the woods and along the creek. And the wood-burning stove kept the cabin nice and warm.

We had such a lovely stay. The property was quiet and peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was stocked with spices and some condiments. The driveway is steep but we had no issue with our Honda CRV. Molly was an excellent communicator. We look forward to returning.

The cabin was lovely and clean. The location was perfect for us because we wanted to be in a private area. The driveway is steep, which was not a problem for us, but make sure you have a vehicle that can handle that. The hot tub was not working properly while we were there, which was a let down since that is one ammenity we specifically look for when booking. However, the host left a note and was waiting on the part to come in so it could be fixed. Overall, this was a beautiful place to stay.

Great Secluded Getaway
Everything was great and as-described. The house was 3 stories but didn't feel overly big. Decks on each floor was amazing for sitting outside and enjoying the view and sounds. The creek is very close and provides a great relaxing atmosphere. Everything in the house worked as expected and was very clean. The dirt road to the house was a bit sketchy but we got used to it pretty quickly, it was no big deal. Plenty to do in the area and 3 nice small towns in relatively close proximity. We would definitely recommend it.
