"When we checked in for a suite we were put on the 10th floor however the room was very noisy. When we told the staff the next morning they immediately went into action and changed our room. They gave us the penthouse suite which was beautiful and made our stay. Thank you very much for this and I do hope the issue with the other room re: the noise has been addressed. "

"Anytime we travel we stay at a Homewood suites and I’ve always loved the one In Columbus Ohio, but this one has exceeded expectations. The staff members especially at the front were all very kind. "Great downtown location. Room was spatulas and very comfortable. It had some gym equipment like a yoga mat. Gym was decent. The hotel is a bit weird in that it occupies the 5/6 floor of a building but other than that it was good. Breakfast was reasonably priced. Hotel was close to sport venues and some restaurants with a brief walk. Not great for nightlife from what we saw. "

"I had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect for me. Right by UPitt campus. The building and the room was nice and clean. You have to ask for a room with a nice view because some rooms look at the building right next to the hotel. The gym was very small. Everything else was great!"
