Stayed 3 nts with my golden retriever and enjoyed the proximity to the coast and the Lamoine Park located 1/2 mile away. The front lawn is large and great for a dog to play. If you're hiking Acadia or visiting Bar Harbor just realize the traffic is very busy on Highway 3 and it took about 45 mins on a drive back from Bar Harbor and this is somewhat off-season. However, I really enjoyed Lamonie and being in a quiet spot.

Perfect spot!!
We had a great time in Maine, the bungalow was perfect! The dogs absolutely loved the beach!! Price was high for the time of year but live and learn. This was our first VRBO experience and the price went down almost 70 a night after our stay. Still loved it though!! Very accommodating as well with a new Keurig to use!! Thank you!

Lovely Cottage in Lamoine
The cottage was beautiful! It is about 30+ min from Bar Harbor. We had a fantastic experience. The description is an accurate one. TV uses Roku. Older guest would have appreciated instructions. Overall, it was extremely positive and we would love to returm!

Front beginning to end this place served as a sanctuary, a resting place, and a relaxing haven. Lets hope who ever uses coffee pot, can figure out filter basket use. (My only concern) The location was perfect and we enjoyed the peace! Thank you so much for everything.
