They were fixing up the hotel and there was a lot of mess. They don't know how to communicate with tourists. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone. I feel like they only cared about the payment for the lodgment (the money). I even found the main door of the hotel closed several times. They don't care about the tourist

We had an amazing stay in this hotel, very clean, super nice staff, comfortable beds and we felt very safe as there is always someone on the main desk and you must buzz to get into the property. Very nice courtyard and a gas station next door with AMAZING fried chicken and yummy ham breakfast sandwiches. Walking distance to everywhere in the French Quarter and a bus stop outside the front door. Highly recommend this hotel and I would happily stay here again.

Very helpful staff from the guest reservation people to the people who worked at the restaurant in the hotel plus the many other people keeping it clean and running smoothly. Aleisha was a real standout employee who was keeping in touch with us during the day to ensure our time at the hotel was great as well as our time in New Orleans!! Our room was so boutique feeling. Great space and vibe plus gorgeous shower!
