"The hotel is on an industrial estate and seems popular with workers in transit. The communal areas look very smart and give off a good impression but the rooms are a different story. My room (119) was small, dark and gloomy - the walls were painted dark blue. Everything looks worn, run down and dated. The so called restaurant and bar opened at 7pm and only offers three varieties of pizza - as soon as you had eaten it was closed and you were told to sit in the lobby. Scruffy individuals were...
