as a foreigner, this is property is fantastic that it is self contained, and also its very accessible to anywhere. the neighbourhood has almost everything we need, from food, to groceries, to shopping at Leicester sq to subway stations. 5 Stars!

This property was in a location close enough to the city center, but removed enough to be quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, my overall visit was mostly overshadowed by the intense basement/mildew-type smell that permeated my room, to the point that my clothes gathered the scent. The carpet and duvet were stained, and the room became fairly chilly at night (a portable heater was provided, but was insufficient). Overall the facilities are in dire need of an update/renovation, for cleanliness' sake.

Best location to stay in London! Next to British Museum. Easy walk to metro and bus stations, walk to wonderful restaurants and shops, and the theatre district!! Excellent choice of breakfast options on the same block, great restaurant and bar in the hotel. Super friendly staff. We will be back.

Great location, horrible beds and pillows gave us bad backs and stiff necks.
