"This house was a brilliant base for a get together to celebrate a significant birthday. Spacious house with 6 en-suite bedrooms all of which could be made up as king sized beds. "We were looking for somewhere really quiet to spend time after Christmas and this really fitted the bill. Weather was terrible so we didn't make the most of the close proximity of Exmoor and the Quantocks, but the cottage is cosy and very well equipped, so we had a great rest in a lovely setting. "The property is huge, with 23 of us staying, there was ample room for us all to eat together, at in the living room and loads of bedrooms including an accessible ground floor bedroom which we needed. The family style bedrooms really suited us with small kids in tow. Garden and location is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub is a lovely addition. The property is a little dated in terms of decor but it suited us space wise and we had absolutely everything we needed. We had a fabulous weekend...

We did not complain as we were only there one night Breakfast was nice. No filling with good choice. Only negative was a bit of a smell in reception and corridor. To be fair there had been a lot of rain that day so it may have been something to do with that"
