"Extremely difficult to enter the hotel by car when a match (soccer or rugby) is being played at adjacent Loftus Versfeld. Room service terrible. We waited for more than an hour, and had to phone several times, before delivery was made, despite being promised initially that it would take at the most 40 minutes. The food was cold.
