"Hotel was clean and convenient to the city. I’ve stayed there several times and have always enjoyed it. Staff is always nice and friendly, would not hesitate to go there again. My issue is that I can’t get in contact with anyone about my refund and receipt. I had to leave because of the war and have not been able to contact anyone."
