"Spacious (Marquis) lots of space for 3 people. Very close walk to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well appointed although we ended up only doing breakfasts in our room. Dining room table is large and good for playing cards (seats at least 6 people). Only knock was couch was ok but could have been a little more comfortable- maybe just add some cushions. Had elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up 3 flights. "

"The property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Lots of first class bedrooms and ensuites. large clean kitchen and dining table made entertaining easy. Bar area was great too. Classy restaurant next door serves excellent food and the wine list is brilliant."

"We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."

"Pascal was great, he communicated well and was helpful prior to arrival. The property is in a quiet area but literally minutes from the busy streets, which is nice relief from the crowds. So great suggestions for restaurants on Du Phare on the outer ring mostly locals and food excellent-our favourite of the trip. Pascal even came to pick us up at the station as he knew it was very busy. He checked us in and took time to point out attractions and places of interest. a very enjoyable Christmas...

"Such a welcoming and cosy home in Bruges - not far to walk to the centre and toasty warm coming back from the Christmas markets. Lots of space for us all to spread out (7) and the home is very beautiful to be in. Beds all super comfortable with crisp linen too. The house doesn’t actually have a hot tub - it’s an indoor jacuzzi bath but there is a sauna with double shower. The kitchen is well equipped although the kettle didn’t work when we were there . "Me and my boyfriend chose this property for 2 nights since it looked very spacious, modern, and near to the city centre. Our expectations were met, AND exceeded. It was beautiful, spacious, and cozy. And the bed was incredibly comfortable, even though they were two twin beds connected. "This was an ideal location for our exploration of this corner of Belgium and also NE France. We were delighted with the house and the facilities provided and could not have asked for more. Welcomed by Marc, the host who showed us around and had some lovely suggestions of places to visit and eat, we then spent our week criss-crossing the region and enjoying everyday. So much to see and do - we didn't manage it all but that just gives us the opportunity to go back again."

"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely come back. The room was spacious and adorable. It even had these massive windows that opened up. The room was literally by the water and the view of the canal from the room was stunning. The shower was great too. They have complimentary hot chocolate in the room as well. And during check out, they give you some complimentary chocolate cookies! Since it was cold outside I asked if the heating could be increased. They gave me a portable heater and it was great! Only downside is that there is no elevator. Thankfully I was on the first floor!"

"WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. This was not a huge deal but became frustrating when I was try to address an issue with a previous hotel and the WiFi would drop and it delayed my conversation with them. "

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."
