Başta internetteki görseli görünce güzel bir yer diye düşünüp rezervasyonu yaptırdım fakat,otelde olan konaklamam sürecinde hiç memnun kalmamakla beraber, otelin hizmet anlamında da yardımcı olmadığına şahit oldum..

Odamız gayet konforluydu. Fakat klimamız çalışmıyordu. Durumu birkaç bildirmemize rağmen bir gece soğuk bir odada yatmak zorunda kaldık. Ertesi gün merkezi ısıtma sistemini çalıştırdılar. Yemekler ve mezeler lezzetliydi fakat yemekhanede bulunan tabaklardan temiz olanları seçerek bulduk. Çalışanlar genel olarak güler yüzlü, ancak bir probleminizi söylediğinizde geçiştirici cevaplar veriyorlar ve çözüm odaklı değiller. Çıkış yaparken hesabımızda kullanmadığımız hizmetler yazılıydı.
